The Beauty Shop partnered with London Egg Bank to elevate their brand identity and digital experience to elevate trust and experience in fertility and women’s health, combining compassion with credibility.
London Egg Bank serves a diverse community of patients. Their existing brand held recognition but lacked the depth and sensitivity needed to reflect the emotional complexity of their work. We were tasked with refining their identity to preserve brand recognition while evolving it towards a more confident, inclusive, and professional visual system.

After identifying the existing logo and organic elements as the brand’s core building blocks, we worked to refine color, type, and supporting brand expressions to impart expertise, professionalism, and compassion.
The website redesign emphasized user experience first, simplifying navigation and accessibility to make information about treatment options, donor matching, and patient support easy to find. Interactive components balance clarity and warmth, designed to meet patients where they are in their journeys — emotionally and practically.
Completed in 2020, this foundational brand and website refresh strengthened London Egg Bank’s presence as a trusted leader in fertility care. Since then, we’ve continued our collaboration, refining and expanding the brand to support its evolution as patient needs, technology, and communication channels continue to grow.
